But as we discuss your way forward, I will try to encourage and challenge you toward your goals. And maybe we can even share a laugh along the way.

What I Offer

Individual Therapy
I start with a patient-centred approach to gather as much information as possible, before the patient and I, through the therapeutic alliance, determine appropriate next steps, which can include approaches from various modalities, including cognitive behaviour therapy, exposure techniques, and sometimes incorporating mindfulness.

About Me
I started my career in psychology as a writer and editor for Multi-Health Systems Inc., a major publisher of psychological assessments. Since completing a master’s degree in counseling psychology in 2016, I have been working as an R.P. (Qualifying) with patients from the general population as well as patients of motor vehicle accidents who’ve suffered significant trauma and resultant PTSD.
When I'm not obsessing over my fantasy baseball team, I'm either watching boxing or training in the hopes of one day being half as fit as a boxer.
